PBMCs from a healthy control and the PLZF-deficient donor were analyzed by FACS.

FACS analysis was consistent for eight healthy controls. Samples from the PLZF-deficient donor were collected three times and were analyzed in three independent FACS experiments. Cells for the cytokine release experiment were collected from one sample.
