<p>Tat at 20 μM was focally applied to an individual DRG neuron to assess its actions over a 4 min time period, thereafter, the neuron was exposed to 10 μM roscovitine by external perfusion of the recording chamber. The whole-cell patch-clamp recordings were used to determine APs prior to Tat exposure (control), exposure to Tat or roscovitine or both.
