Sirt1 overexpression and knockdown on podocyte apoptosis.

<p>The expression of Sirt1 in murine podocyte without infection (no infection), infected with the empty lentivirus VVE/BBW (BB), or infected with the VVE/BBW-Sirt1 lentivirus with stable overexpression of Sirt1 (Sirt1) was confirmed by Western blotting (A).
