<p>The plasmid pAAVRepURA3, pAAVpokURA linearized with <i>Pvu</i>II and the control plasmid, pRepURA3, digested with <i>Xba</i>I, were co-transformed with the plasmid pGAD424 or pG.Rep68 containing the <i>LEU2</i> marker gene (A, B).
