<p>PBMC obtained at the indicated time points from RTS,S-immunized subjects were incubated as described for <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0020775#pone-0020775-g002" target="_blank">Fig. 2</a> with CSP peptides as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0020775#s2" target="_blank">Methods</a>. Cells were then analyzed as described in the legend to <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0020775#pone-0020775-g001" target="_blank">Fig. 1</a>.
