<p>Data were generated using Real-time quantitative PCR on female mice after HFD followed by an overnight fast (12 h). Values given are arbitrary means ± SEM, n = 5. Relative mRNA quantities were normalized by geometric averaging of three internal control genes (RPS29, HPRT1 and GAPDH) for the liver and two internal control genes (RPS29 and TBP) for BAT.
