<p>(A–F) Immunodetection of Lamin A (red; A,B, E,F) and Lamin B (green; C–F) in <i>Lmna^+/+</i>(A,C,E) and <i>Lmna^Dhe/+</i> (B,D,F) fibroblasts reveals extensive blebbing of the nuclear envelope and exclusion of Lamin B from these blebs in mutant cells (white arrowheads in B,D,F).
