<p>Cortical neurons (A and B) and BSMC (C and D) were treated with vehicle (A and C) or 10 µM 15d-PGJ<sub>2</sub> (B and D). Vehicle was 0.1% ethanol. Cortical neurons and BSMC were examined by phase-contrast microscopy 24 h and 48 h later, respectively.</p
