DOIAbstract
<p>The 6A and 4LCA mAbs were tested in un-modified and biotinylated forms, alone and in combination with the fusion protein (FP) or streptavidin (SA). The combinations were tested by mixing and incubation <i>in vitro</i>, with 2,000 LD50 BoNT/A, followed by intravenous injection. The doses of each component are given in µg, and the outcomes are reported as the percentage of mice surviving (% Survival).</p
