<p>Two reconstruction algorithms namely, generalized auto-calibrating partially parallel acquisition (GRAPPA) and modified sensitivity encoding (mSENSE) at acceleration factors (AFs) 3 & 4 has been considered. Image sets (A1) and (A2) represents PE-EPI images acquired with GRAPPA at AFs 3 & 4 respectively and images (B1) and (B2) includes acquisitions with mSENSE at the same AFs. The black dotted circle represents the area considered for calculating signal-to-noise ratio.</p
