<p>This structure was obtained by docking the peptide from PDB entry 1T5W (AAYSDQATPLLL) into a grid potential model of the HLA-DRB1*0101 MHC structure from PDB entry 1KLU, which has a different peptide bound. The RMSD of the peptide backbone is 0.88 Å and the RMSD of the contacting residues is only 1.21 Å compared with the X-ray structure. The peptide docking solution is shown in red and the experimental peptide structure is shown in green.</p
