<p>CD11b⁺ cells were enriched from bone marrow by MACS, and labeled with CD11b-PE and Ly6G-FITC Ab. 3×10⁵ FACS-sorted CD11b⁺, Ly6G⁺ cells at a density of 6×10⁵ cells/ml were cultured on plates coated with 10 µg/ml Fc or CD137-Fc protein for 24 h. Cells were stained with Annexin V-PE and 7-AAD and analyzed by flow cytometry with compensation of FITC channel. PBS: Medium control. This figure is a representative of three independent experiments.
