Effects of PI3K/AKT pathway and resveratrol on the expression of FOXO target genes.

<p>LNCaP cells were pretreated with LY294002 (10 µM) or AKT inhibitor (AKT-I, 1 µM) for 2 h and treated with or without resveratrol (20 µM) for 48 h. Cells were harvested to measure the expression of Bim, p27^/KIP1, cyclin D1, TRAIL, DR4 and DR5 by theWestern blot analysis. β-actin was used as a loading control.
