<p>A: WT and TLR4KO MSC were plated in 96-well plate (5000 cells per well) for 24 h and then incubated with BrdU (10 µM) for an additional 24 h. BrdU incorporation was quantified after incubation. N = 5–6/group. B: WT and TLR4KO MSC were plated in 12-well plates (0.5×10⁵ cell/well). After 24 h, cells were trypsinized and counted using an automatic cell counter.
