Rosiglitazione abrogates TGF-ß–induced fibroblast activation.

<p>Confluent dermal fibroblasts were pretreated with TGF-ß for 24 h, followed by rosiglitazone (10 µM) for further 24 h. <b>A.</b> Total RNA was analyzed by real-time qPCR.
