Sensitivity of single and double knockout MEF cell lines to DNA damaging agents.

<p>Experiments were conducted as described under <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0012229#s3" target="_blank">Materials and Methods</a>. Wild-type (<i>closed circles</i>) and pol λ −/− (<i>open triangles</i>), pol β −/− (<i>open rectangles</i>) and pol λ ^−/−/pol β^−/− (<i>open diamonds</i>) cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of MMS for 1 h (<i>A</i>), H₂O₂ for 1 h (<i>B</i>) or HmdUrd for 24 h (<i>C</i>). Percent control growth was plotted for each data point, representing the mean values of triplicate experiments.
