Maternal distress and risk of childhood overweight.

<p>Odds Ratios (OR) are presented with 95% confidence intervals (CI).</p><p>Distress is the summed score of the 9 items covering depression, anxiety and stress.</p><p><b>Model 1</b>. OR are adjusted for maternal age, socioeconomic status, parity, smoking, pre-pregnancy BMI, gestational weight gain, paternal BMI, gestational age at birth, child age at 7 years follow-up, and sex.</p><p><b>Model 2</b>. OR are adjusted as model 1, and also for birth weight, breastfeeding and child weight at 5 and 12 months-of-age.
