<p>The synaptic vesicle protein CSPα has unique anti-neurodegenerative properties. Distinct CSPα complexes exist: inactive, active (in complex with Hsc70 and SGT), and a CSPα dimer. Quercetin promotes the CSPα dimer, inhibits assembly of the active CSPα complex and synaptic transmission.</p
