Fatty acid composition in Caco-2/15 cells.

<p>After 15 days of differentiation, cells were serum-starved and collected for fatty acid analysis. Cells were then subjected to transesterifiation and injected into a gas chromatograph. Results are expressed as % of total fatty acid content. Data represent the means±SEM of four independent wells.
