Get That Job! is an intensive, 2-day programme of employability skills workshops. It combines existing resources offered by the Careers and Confident Futures teams and shapes them into a coherent package suitable for students approaching the end of their time at university. It is designed to offer students a programme of personal development and job-seeking masterclasses, which will provide them with the skills, knowledge and confidence to compete successfully in the employment market. It blends approaches including interactive workshops, group discussion, self-evaluation, peer assessment and video feedback to build self-awareness and self-confidence in those who experience it.
