The aim of this study is to test the effect of thyme, oregano and combinatition of both medicinal plants extracts. The research was made during the period starting April till June, 2015 in LUHS VA experimental laying hens’ house (volume 27,25 m3, area 14,9m2). 64 laying hens (specie: ISA Brown) were kept in poultry in time of the experiment. The effect of the microclimate and microbiological pollution of 3 medical plant extracts was observed in poultry: thyme (40% in ethanol), oregano (40% in ethanol) and combination of thyme and oregano extract (ratio 1:1).
