Growing number of research indicated that psychosocial stressor are dominant predictor of work attitudes. Yet, the literature regarding the mediation effect of psychosocial strain in relationship of stressors and work attitudes is limited. The present research aims to determine the relationship between psychosocial stressors and work attitudes. In addition, this research also investigated the mediating effect of psychological strain in the relationship between psychosocial stressors and work attitudes.
