Thirty-nine patients with ISNHL were included in our study. Endolymphatic hydrops are more frequently observed in low-frequency group(44.4%,4/9) than non-low-frequency group(13.3%,4/30). There was a significant difference in the incidence rates of EH between the patients with low-frequency hearing loss and non-low-frequency hearing loss. While no significant difference was noted in gender and the age between the two groups
