Flow cytometric analysis of B coagulans MTCC 5856 spores.

<p>10 mg of dry spores were suspended in 1ml of PBS and activated for 30 min at 75°C, followed by fluorescent staining as described in the methods section. Data represents mean± standard deviation of at least 3 independent experiments.
