<p>The log₂(fold change) of each lncRNA (left) or its neighboring protein-coding gene (right) is depicted. The fold changes for serum-starved condition were obtained by performing PCR, while other values were calculated using RNA-seq data. The correlation of fold change for each pair of lncRNA and its neighboring gene was calculated and shown above the bar graph. Below each graph, the genomic locations of the lncRNA and its neighboring gene, with their direction of transcription, are indicated. Note that the lncRNA locus is indicated by an orange box, while that of its neighboring protein-coding gene is indicated by a blue box.
