This report highlights the development of composite fuel tank using filament winding technique to replace the metallic fuel tanks . This fuel tanks made of fibrereinforced composites eliminates the leakage problem,yielding a much lighter weight and are non-reactive to fuels. The FRP fuel tank is being used in the Hansa- 3, Clipper and Helitreck flying vehicles .\u
