Result of measurements of the transition temperature(Tg), electrical conductivity(o)and density(d)are reported for eight glass compositions of Ge-Se-Te system;For (GeSe2)100-2xSexTex glasses,a monotonic increase of a and d with increase in Ie content is seen. The Tg of these glasses shows a decrease with increasing Te content due to a reduction in band gap and in the connectedness
