The purpose of the present study was to have clarified “Learning by the experience”. What is the person learning from participation in the experienced activities? The activity system integrates the subject, the object, and the tool (Not only the sign and the symbol but also concrete tools are included there) into the united whole, and both a side that is intended there the object and is productive and the side of communications are included. (Engestr ¨o m, 1999) As a result our interview investigation, cooperator’s “Learning by the experience” has been understood through their talking and thinking
