The theory of informational 'BA' (interactive field) proposed by Hiroyuki Itami focuses on and deals with issues in the interactive process of information creation by and among a group of individuals, which exist between management actions and performance. BA is defined as a sort of container for information interaction which emerges where the following four basic elements are shared by members in question: (i) agenda, (ii) interpretation code of information, (iii) carrier of information and (iv) aspiration for cooperation.
