This paper presents the results of system identification and state /parameter estimation of analysis of flight data of a transport aircraft. The techniques, combined in a two-step methodology, provide an efficient and useful procedure for characterizing the dynamical behavior of aerospace vehicles as well as general systems. The results of kinematic consistency checking and combining of maneuvers for analysis and handling quality evaluation are presented
