The report describes the development of a flight control system synthesis software based on a multi-objective multi-model optimisation procedure using the Performance-Index13; Vector Optimisation technique based on the minimisation of the Kreisselmeier Function. The software is written in Fortran-77. Various design criteria like gain and phase margins. Gibson's drop back error. Neal-Smith criterion. Gibson's phase rate criterion, CAP', q-model following,13; flight path time delay, normal acceleration overshoot, maximum unstable root location, actuator rate. and dominant mode damping have been quantified numerically to form a part of the Performance Index Vector
