The purpose of this study is to explore the dimension of the perceived risk of employee turnover. On the basis of depth interview and literature interview, a questionnaire on perceived risk of employee turnover on 20 items was formed. The analysis of exploratory factor indicated that perceived risk of employee turnover consists of 5 factors: development risk, organizational support risk, environmental risk, performance risk and social role risk. The five factors jointly explained 69.69% of total perceived risk variation. Reliability analysis showed that a coefficient of both each factor and the total score is between 0.822-0.937.
