The Material Culture of the Tasmanian Aborigines and its Relationship to that of Australia

It is the purpose of this study (1) to present a description of the material culture of the aborigines of Tasmania, (2) to study the relationship of this culture to those of the mainland Australia, and (3) to investigate evidence of prior occupation of the Australian continent by the ancestors of the Tasmanians
