In this research, I am going to discuss how built environment affects a workplace and what kind of intervention in design reduce the stress level in working places on employees. To limit this research, we limited the target population to high stressed occupations, since they face chronical stress more than other target population. The result of this research is a better understanding of what are the characteristics of responsible working places and milieu that can affect the stress of employee during the day.
