There is high demand for deploying real-time or near real-time implementation of image reconstruction techniques for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems, as well as biomedical systems, and border applications. While many image restoration techniques have been implemented, their computational complexity makes them unsuitable for real-time systems.
