In Australia an increasing number of universities are becoming dual sector with both higher education and TAFE programs. The results of a survey of Australian University Libraries concerning performance measure for services to TAFE, an examination of the national TAFE and University Library statistics in relation to joint sector libraries, and an analysis of Victoria University use of the CAUL Client Satisfaction Performance measure into Higher Education and TAFE are reported.
