The analysis of system for integrated management system for energy optimisation of buildings

This thesis demonstrates the deployment of integrated management system IBM TRIRIGA Energy Optimization. The first part justifies the implementation of an integrated management system. It shows how lack of building management delivers great expenses, which enterprises and organizations then have to cope with. We included a survey which shows the current situation, and described a possible future outlook. It describes which are the greatest values, that users get. Clear benefit of using such system is lowering the cost of building management and a strong return on investment. Users also get functional modules integrated in a single graphical user interface, such as dashboards, workflow tools, and reporting tools. Next we demonstrated functions and abilities of IBM TRIRIGA Energy Optimization. We compared companies, which offer integrated building management systems, and their strengths and weaknesses. The final part describes hardware and software specifications that are required for the implementation. We described our environment on which we implemented IBM TRIRIGA Energy Optimization, and later we described the deployment process in detail
