This thesis demonstrates the deployment of integrated management system IBM TRIRIGA Energy Optimization. The first part justifies the implementation of an integrated management system. It shows how lack of building management delivers great expenses, which enterprises and organizations then have to cope with. We included a survey which shows the current situation, and described a possible future outlook. It describes which are the greatest values, that users get. Clear benefit of using such system is lowering the cost of building management and a strong return on investment.
