Well functioning teams are essential to success in both academic and businesses environments today. While much research has contributed to our understanding of successful team characteristics, conflicting empirical evidence hinders corrective intervention. Information gathered from self- and peer-assessments is often used to provide feedback and encourage teams to take corrective actions.
