PROFESSOR KOH: Our first speaker on the panel on Administrative Agencies, Private Parties, and the Courts is Mr. Peter D. Ehrenhaft. Mr. Ehrenhaft was a senior law clerk to Chief Justice Warren of the Supreme Court, has been a partner at a number of firms, was the Deputy Secretary and Special Counsel for Tariff Affairs at the Treasury Department-a job which several other panelists have held in various forms-and is currently a partner at the Washington firm of Bryan, Cave, McPheeters \u26 McRoberts. He has taught trade policy at George Washington University Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and he is the author of numerous articles in this area
