The typical law school seminar contains a set of readings, accompanied by a series of session-specific introductions and “notes \u26 questions” to help structure class discussion. This document provides a comprehensive set of materials for such a seminar, on a fourteen-week calendar, that explores privacy law through the lens of the new technologies popularly known as “the Internet of Things” (IoT).
