Specialized courts are being created throughout the country to help ease the immense caseload of larger, generalized courts. Georgia Law Professor Thomas A. Eaton said because of the sheer volume of criminal cases, it\u27s increasingly difficult for civil cases to go to trial. The new courts aim to improve such problems.
