International audienceThe deterioration of the relationship between justice and society throughout the 19th century led to marginalize the court proceedings as a mediator privileged at the settlements of disputes. During the revolution, the distrust towards the justice was powered by an Executive that fostered it suspected to them judges susceptible of sympathize with them supporters of the old regime. Nevertheless, when it comes to institutionalize the revolution - with the constitutionalists - judges became necessary partners for the implementation of the agrarian law of January 6, 1915.
