The RFSP - JÜL - Programme for unfolding neutron spectra from activation data is described. The programme is based on the mathematical method used in the RFSP programme and represents its developed and more flexible version. The problem of the unfolding is solved by a step-bystep method starting from a guess spectrum given by the user or chosen by the programme from a guess spectrum library. A multiplier constant is used to increase the speed of convergence; it enables to get the solution in one or two iteration steps. The report presents the detailed description of the mathematical basis of the programme and the user's manual with some remarks concerning the compilation of the input data
