Background: endometriosis affects 10% of the general population. It’s a gynaecologic benign, estrogen-dependent disease of the woman of childbearing age. Endometriosis may have adverse effects on pregnancy.Objectif: to investigate obstetric complications of endometriosis during pregnancy, delivery and post-partum period.Methods: a literature review was conducted. 15 articles, published between 2005 and 2016, were selected from the PubMed database using the following keywords : endometriosis, obstetrical outcomes, preterm labor, pregnancy induced hypertension, placenta prævia, small for gestational, cesarean section, delivery et post-partum period.Results: although the results of published studies are controversial, there is an increased ris...
