This work provides a reflection on the implementation of the differentiated instruction. We have tried to show that learning are facilitated by the setting up of a need group, tutoring and independent study. The main difficulty encountered was the classroom management when learning was differentiated. Indeed, this difficulty is reflected by the back and forth between the need group and the class that distracted quickly enough. Therefore, the need group was not sufficiently supported because classroom rules should be constantly reminded. It was interesting to know that some teachers had this same difficulty.
