A theoretical model was developed describing the thermophoretic deposition of aerosol particles in fully-developed laminar flow through channels with their walls at different fixed temperatures. Precipitation of particles occurs under the considerable transversal temperature drops. Gas flow takes place when the gas density, the dynamic viscosity and the thermal conductivity depend on the temperature of the gas.
