<em>Enteral nutrition provided to children in critical state is necessary area of pediatrician’s activity in children’s hospital. Enteral nutrition is able to improve the prognosis of the disease significantly along with maintenance of essential functions and treatment of pathologic process, decrease of duration of stay in intensive care department. Proper choice of method and volume of nutritional support and product for medical treatment depending on clinical situation is significant problem.
