In this work fenugreek(Trigonella Foenum Graecum) extract was used to synthesis gold nanoparticles by simple and safe method .In aqueous solution of chloroaurate ions, fenugreek extract was used as reducing agent and gum Arabic as stabilizer by one synthetic route which is microwave irradiation .The nanoparticles were characterized and investigated by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometry, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The size and shape of the nanoparticles were found to be very sensitive to the quantity of the extract. And the shape of gold nanoparticles was found to be multiform; the EDX spectrum s...
