Abstract: The influence of graphite addition as reinforcement composite of bronze on wear resistance. It is important to increase the properties of wear resistance of metal conducted by forming metal matrix composite with graphite particle reinforcement. This purpose of this research is to identify the wear resistant and microstructure of bronze matrix composite reinforced by graphite. The research used laboratory experiments. The material of experiment is acquired from bronze/graphite composite obtained from melting copper which has been added with tin (Sn) of 10% and a graphite particles in 0%, 3%, 6% and 9% of weight.
