Abstract: Speed control for three-phase induction motor with PID controller. The weakness of an induction motor is its disability to maintain the speed constantly during load changes; it will reduce the speed of induction motor. It needs a controller which enables an induction motor to maintain its speed in various set points and changing loads by determining system performance. The system is tested by referring settling point, rise time, delay time, time constant, and error state.
